ANTELOPES
Among the assorted wildlife that inhabits in Cameroon, there are numerous small antelopes, cats and other animals that can complete your trip. They are an excellent complement to your Lion, Lord Derby Eland or Savannah Buffalo hunts, or they can simply become a package on their own. They are:

  • Class A: Western Roan, Sing-sing Waterbuck, Harnessed Bushbuck.
  • Class B: Western Lewel Hartebeest, Western Cob, Bohor Reedbuck, Warthog.
  • Class C: Oribi, Western Bush Duiker, Red Flanked Duiker, Baboon, Python, Civet.

THE HUNT
The West of Africa is the land for different subspecies of the well known Roan, Waterbuck, Hartebeest or Reedbuck, among others. Therefore, if you are looking to increase your collection of African species, Cameroon is a great option.  The game is mostly found while going around the hunting block. All the species are well represented in our area, being possible to have several opportunities a day…. or not. Cameroon is an extremely wild country where the wildlife inhabits everywhere but is not so numerous. Therefore, sometimes you look for days an specific animal, and you struggle to find it… that’s the great thing about hunting! However, the deep knowledge of your guide and trackers will help you to complete your package driving through the hot spots, walking and staining where each species use to roam around.
On a regular basis, you may choose 6 species between the Class B and C, although this package may be upgraded including the Sing-Sing Waterbuck or Harnessed Bushbuck.

THE CONCESSION
We hunt in two hunting concessions bordering the Bénoué River on its Eastern side, covering a total surface over 250.000 hectares (+600.000 acres). Thanks to their location next to the Bénoué and other rivers that flow across our blocks, all the game is well provided of water, so the animals stay in our block for all year round. On top of that, we put a low hunting pressure on the population and a good anti-poaching management.
Hunting in Cameroon is a real adventure since you will be experiencing the deep Africa, where the white man is still an attraction, where the trackers are able to follow the tracks for thousands of miles, where the wildlife is everywhere but not numerous, so the hunt is difficult and demands the best of you, and where you will be able to see and touch how hunting helps developing the local communities. Every day will be a great memory to keep.
